Pat, as seen above, and Eric there in the second photo, were on the spot being filmed for KMOV/Sauce on the Street. Eric is seen mumbling in his best 'deer caught in headlights'. Pat fares no better. They both come through with the goods though. Pat is a helluva latte decorator and Eric is aces in the kitchen
As a matter of fact Eric is the driving force behind the new brunch. When asked to sum up the menu he said, "Classic fare like good southern biscuits with a rich mushroom gravy compliment seasonally themed fare like the acorn squash stuffed with apple and walnuts. Of course the 'from scratch' waffles, egg scramble and roasted breakfast potatoes are very hardy and very traditional breakfast themed." Or some words to those regards.
